It is wholly-owned by RongSheng investment co. limited, the Chinese large-scale multinational group, and is registered at China National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, State Administration of Foreign Exchange.  His registered capital is more than 200 million US dollars and first phase of land area is 915000 square meters.
